New Student? How DU SOL Portal Registration Works
For most SOL programmes, your student portal account is created automatically once your admission is confirmed — you don’t register separately before that. Once your admission fee and documents are verified:
- You’ll typically receive your enrollment number and login credentials via email/SMS or through the admission confirmation page
- Use these credentials to log in for the first time at sol.du.ac.in
- On first login, you may be prompted to set a new password and verify your registered contact details
Common DU SOL Portal Login Issues
| Issue | Likely Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid Credentials Error | Incorrect Enrollment Number, User ID, or Password. | Verify your login details carefully or use the Forgot Password option to reset your password. |
| Portal Not Loading | Heavy website traffic or scheduled server maintenance. | Wait for a few minutes and try accessing the portal again during non-peak hours. |
| OTP Not Received | Your registered mobile number or email address may be outdated. | Contact the DU SOL support team to update your registered contact information. |
| Dashboard Shows Incomplete Information | Your admission or document verification process is still pending. | Wait until verification is completed or contact your assigned study centre or DU SOL helpdesk. |
| Unable to Submit Assignment | The submission deadline has passed or the uploaded file format is not supported. | Check the assignment deadline and upload the file in the prescribed format before resubmitting. |
